TECNO-TALDE, S.A. is an auxiliary company founded in 1991 by the industrial groups Ugarteburu, S.A. ( www.usa-group.net) and Mecalbe, S.A. (www.globap.com) as a solution to second operations, basing our specialization on two activities totally differentiated, they are:

- CNC precision machining
- Aplication the thread locking and sealing products

   In our section of machining we can work with all kinds of materials, starting from pieces of different processes like: Forging, Injection, Microfusion, Sintering, etc. In order to carry out these operations we have an area composed by twenty lathes and centers CNC of different prestige firms such as Mori-Seiki, Kitako or Muratec, some of them integrated in robotized cells adapted for the machining of pieces in half and big series.

   In the section of microencapsulation, all the scale of products for sealling and locking of Omnitechnik (Precote) and 3M (Scotch-Grip)companies can be applied in threaded parts. We have 3 lines of application CS-6 and different types of feeding systems fully automated for the application of these products in all kinds of thread parts.
