The quality department is equipped with three-dimensional control, profilometer, projector, vision systems and crack control by current induction.
Post-process checkups to ensure product quality are performed:
- 100% dimensional and cracking checks on machined stamped parts.
- 100% checks on each product in 360º and dimensionally by means of artificial vision following product drawing.
We use the following equipment for our checks:
- Block gauges, micrometers, callipers, alexometers, inner and outer diameter measuring using compressed air, etc.
- Leak tester.
- Profile projector.
- Profilometer.
- Three-dimensional measuring device.
- Roughness meter.
- Tightening and loosening torque tests benches.
- Machine vision cameras for dimensional checkup and product detection.
